Beans Palya
A lightly sautéed vegetable dish commonly served with sambar rice.
🛒 Ingredients:

Finely chopped beans

Mustard seeds
-
Urad dal
-
Green chillies
-
Curry leaves
-
Salt
-
Oil
-
Grated coconut
Method:

Heat oil and add mustard seeds and urad dal.

Add green chillies and curry leaves.

Add chopped beans and salt.

Cook covered until tender.

Add grated coconut and mix well.
