Garlic Chutney
A spicy, flavourful chutney that pairs well with dosa or curd rice.

Dry red chillies

Tamarind

Salt

Oil
Method:

Fry garlic and dry red chillies in oil.

Allow to cool.

Grind with tamarind and salt into a coarse paste.
