Tamarind Rice (Puliyogare)

🛒 Ingredients:

Cooked rice

Tamarind extract
-
Puliyogare powder

Mustard seeds

Peanuts

Curry leaves

Oil
-
Salt
Method:

Heat oil and add mustard seeds and peanuts.

Add tamarind extract and cook until thick.

Add puliyogare powder and salt.

Mix in cooked rice.

Cook for a few minutes until well combined.
