Vegetable Sagu
Served with puri, dosa or rava idli — this mildly spiced coconut-based curry is rich yet comforting.
🛒 Ingredients:

Mixed vegetables

Fresh grated coconut

Green chillies
-
Cumin seeds
-
Coriander leaves
-
Mustard seeds
-
Curry leaves
-
Oil
-
Salt
Method:

Cook mixed vegetables until tender.

Grind coconut, green chillies and cumin seeds into a paste.

Add this paste to the cooked vegetables and mix well.

Temper mustard seeds and curry leaves in oil.

Add tempering to the curry.
