Vegetable Sagu

 


Served with puri, dosa or rava idli — this mildly spiced coconut-based curry is rich yet comforting.

🛒 Ingredients:

  • Mixed vegetables

  • Fresh grated coconut

  • Green chillies

  • Cumin seeds

  • Coriander leaves

  • Mustard seeds

  • Curry leaves

  • Oil

  • Salt

 Method:

  1. Cook mixed vegetables until tender.

  2. Grind coconut, green chillies and cumin seeds into a paste.

  3. Add this paste to the cooked vegetables and mix well.

  4. Temper mustard seeds and curry leaves in oil.

  5. Add tempering to the curry.
