Puliyogare Powder

🛒 Ingredients:

Coriander seeds

Dry red chillies

Sesame seeds

Chana dal

Urad dal

Fenugreek seeds

Mustard seeds

Curry leaves

Asafoetida
Method:

Dry roast coriander seeds until aromatic.

Roast chana dal and urad dal separately.

Roast sesame seeds and fenugreek seeds lightly.

Fry dry red chillies and curry leaves with a few drops of oil.

Add mustard seeds and roast briefly.

Allow everything to cool and grind with asafoetida.
