 Traditional Spiced Raw Mango Rice

🛒 Ingredients:

  • Cooked rice

  • Grated raw mango

  • Mustard seeds

  • Green chillies

  • Curry leaves

  • Turmeric powder

  • Salt

  • Oil

 Method:

  1. Heat oil and add mustard seeds.

  2. Add green chillies and curry leaves.

  3. Add grated raw mango and turmeric.

  4. Sauté briefly.

  5. Add cooked rice and salt.

  6. Mix gently.

 Note:

A seasonal dish made when fresh mangoes were available.
